Foxes + Wolves
An exploration of foxes, fox-like wolves and wolf-like foxes with a limited palette.
Ethiopian Wolf
It is not actually a fox but “a wolf in fox clothing”. Here are the facts:
- Ethiopian wolves are the rarest & also most endangered of all canids (less than 450 are around because humans be humans)
-they live as a pack but unlike wolves, they hunt alone
-exist almost exclusively in the mountains of Ethiopia
-they have great posture & seem to know it too
Fennec Fox
A coupla facts about this sleepy fella:
-Able to roam the Sahara without available water, these lil bubs get moisture from food and licking dew from their dens
-Their ears are around 4-6 inches long and help them beat the heat
-Their hairy feet to protect their pads from hot sand
-They are the smallest species of canid
-And possibly the cutest canid?!
